The Wonder that is Warden Wilson in the Wonder of Creation
There was wonder and joy in the hearts of all who gathered last Sunday at Bethania Street Community Gardens for our second Season of Creation reflection. Wonder at the hardy folk who turned up after a big morning of church and Parish Council meeting! There was a particular joy at the sight of parish warden, Rob Wilson, carefully making his way down the path on knees that are so new and possibly still shiny after recent surgery. It might have been the good meds but Rob shared the time and space with a big beam on his face… especially as warm blankets appeared out of car boots when the sun dropped, the shadows lengthened and the breeze cooled… a reminder to bring layers!!!
