We Celebrate Mary Sumner
What a privilege to celebrate practical application of the Good News of Jesus Christ with MU, Anglicare and our folk here at St Paul’s.
Among the Manly MU marchers, signs of MU hospitality on and around the altar and the spirit of cheerful service, we welcomed Peta Bartrim, Coordinator of Spiritual and Pastoral Care at E M Tooth. Pictured with Rev Andrew and E M Tooth Pastoral Care volunteer Mark Austin, Peta shared some of her journey of coming to faith, years of life and ministry in Alice Springs, her work at E M Tooth and in the Anglicare home and community outreach programs.
As well as training in Pastoral Care, Peta has qualifications in natural therapies. This informs her great belief in the link between mind, body and spirit and how she reaches out in love and service to the often
vulnerable people she encounters.
We welcome you Peta and look forward to continuing to grow our partnership of love and service at E M Tooth.
