Fresh from a fun if not exactly prizewinning Zumba competition our resident Elvis manifester, Chris, shared the joy with us last Sunday. We wonder if it was to get value out of the costume hire or an attempt to divert the vicar from a long sermon, but the fun glimpse of joy and holy silliness was so apt on a Sunday we reflected on just how wide Jesus’s invitation is at a time when some folk want to draw the boundaries of fear and exclusion more tightly.
For that we say “Thank You… Thank you very much!”
