Welcome to Harry!!
It was an absolute joy to share Harry’s Baptism last Sunday.
Mum Sarah and Dad Blair were ably aided by on the spot Godparents Ben and Rebecca and, alive and well in Denver, Colorado Godparents Damien and Nicole. Our offsite God folk loudly and proudly affirmed their promises over the Zoom link. Harry had family from all over including Sydney and New Zealand and were pleased as punch to be able to celebrate his first birthday as well.
Sarah and Blair had prepared him almost too well for the pouring of water as he as so entranced and dabbling it was a quick dab to place his anointing with the Oil of Chrism. Luckily his NZ siblings, Charlie and Laila, made sure the water was just at the right temperature.
We welcome Harry into the family of God and look forward to connecting with them all in the years to come.
