Moreton Deanery Day
Mothers Union members from Manly and Wynnum were well represented at Moreton Deanery Day held at St Paul’s Cleveland this week.
The event featured a thought-provoking talk by guest speaker Ursula Charles, who offered deep insights into the experiences of being deaf in a hearing world. After the Eucharist, presided over by the Revd Cameron Freese, we enjoyed a shared lunch, fellowship and a chance to celebrate 150 years of MU with members from Algester, Logan, Coorparoo, Sunnybank, and Cleveland MU Branches.
