Signs of Hope in Wynnum
Tatters and Chatters now a place of welcome at the Library.
Deputy Interim Media and Public Relations Officer (Honorary) Amanda Moran shows her selfie stylings in the absence of the vicar to celebrate consolidating Tatters and Chatters in their new location. Being in a public space like the Wynnum Library opens us up to continue to welcome folk for companionship and care that builds on the warmth that has always marked the group.
Plans are well under way with publicity to spread the word to the local community. The non-church space may connect with a different people and help share the story of Hope we always experience there.
Maybe someone you know would enjoy chat, craft and welcome with easy accessible parking. Hey, you can change your library books and do a spot of grocery shopping in the one trip!!
Tatters and Chatters meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month at 2pm in the community room at Wynnum Library.
